The shipping fee is calculated by the carrier. Starting at around 5.00 CAD depending on your location. I recommend using a tracking number shipment for original paintings as I have no ability to find lost package(s). The calculated fee can be pricey especially when it comes to international shipping, you are super welcome to shoot me an email here for a better shipping quote.

Most orders will be shipped via Canada Post

Frames can be shipped but I don’t recommend it because some of frames are on the list of non-insurable contents.

All originals are using artist level materials. Original paintings will last for centuries as long as they are framed and stored properly.

All cards and small prints are using: Acid- free cotton rag paper and Canon Pigment Based LUCIA PRO Ink. They are all printed in my studio, hand-cut and personally signed by me. Please note that colours may vary slightly because monitors are calibrated differently.

The frames in the listings are for display only. They don’t have any glass, so I can give you some clear shots of what my artwork looks in the frames.

Most of my paintings and prints are standard sizes, and there is a huge variety of ready-made frames will fit from new to vintage. I always recommend going with what you love when making a choice. I created an 'Art walls' Pinterest board that might give you some interesting ideas of displaying art, or you can always contact me for a help (:

If you would like to order the frames in my photos, please contact me. But also keep in mind that the glass is on the list of non-insurable contents( Canada Post link ).

It's important for me to be eco-friendly. I use recycled packaging as much as possible. All the clear covers for my cards are compostable.

Each original painting and small print is signed individually by 2B pencil and carefully packaged in a rigid flat-mailer or a tube depending on size.

Please allow 1-3 working days for processing. You will receive an email confirmation when goods are shipped. For expedited shipping options or any other concerns, please contact me.

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, I am happy to provide you with a refund or exchange.

Returns must be made within 10 days of receiving your order or 14 days if you are in Europe, be unused and include all original packaging.

I suggest using a tracking number and taking out insurance on your return(s) as I can not be responsible for lost package(s). Commissioned works, custom resized prints and sales are final. Full refunds are given if an item(s) arrive damaged, otherwise — no returns or exchanges.

All shipping and handling costs are non-refundable unless item(s) arrive damaged.

If your item is damaged upon receiving it, please save the packaging and contact me with at least one clear photo of the product immediately. I will be more than happy to issue you a full refund or re-send your item(s).

If you have any other concerns or questions, please feel free to contact me anytime.
