Commission A Painting

STEP BY STEP:
  • Please send me any inspirational images and ideas — this will help me see your vision more clearly. If you have specific themes, colorus, or emotions you want the painting to convey, please share those as well. Be mindful that colors might vary slightly across different screen monitors. If color accuracy is crucial, please mail me a physical sample of the colors you envision. The more detail you can provide, the better I can align with your expectations and create a piece that truly resonates with you.
  • Please specify the size. Any sized painting is welcome. 
  • Following contact, I will send an invoice for commission. Paintings that are over 400 square inches will only need to pay 60% or 80% of the commission fee at this stage. Once the invoice is paid, I will schedule the commission in my calendar. If you have a pressing deadline, be sure to contact me for an estimated start date!
  • My paintings take time to complete, so please bear with me. Upon completion, I will send photos of your beautiful new painting. Any changes requested during or after the painting stage that significantly deviate from our original plan will require a supplemental fee to cover the additional time and resources needed.
  • If for some circumstances, we can not achieve mutual satisfaction with the final painting, you may use the payment as store credit for my online shop WANRUKEMP.ART. 
  • The final payment ( paintings that over 400 square inches) will be due after approval, before the delivery. Note: tax may be added depending on where you live.  
  • Insurance is optional and billed separately. Additional shipping fees may apply and will be adjusted based on the final package size and destination, with any differences billed after completion.
  • Commissioned works are final and non-refundable. A refund is only provided for insured items that arrive damaged.
  • I reserve the right to modify and clarify these terms as necessary.
