Refund policy
If you are not fully satisfied with your order, I am happy to provide you with a refund or exchange.
Returns must be made within 10 days of receiving your order or 14 days if you are in Europe, be unused and include all original packaging.
I suggest using a tracking number and taking out insurance on your return(s) as I can not be responsible for lost package(s). Commissioned works, custom resized prints and sales are final. Full refunds are given if an item(s) arrive damaged, otherwise — no returns or exchanges.
All shipping and handling costs are non-refundable unless item(s) arrive damaged.
If your item is damaged upon receiving it, please save the packaging and contact me with at least one clear photo of the product immediately. I will be more than happy to issue you a full refund or re-send your item(s).
