‘Under the moon’ series was inspired by a Japanese author Natsume Soseki's story of saying “The moon is beautiful, isn’t it?” to express love in an implicit and poetic way.
The first 'Under' painting is about a night car ride to my kid's parents’ social. There were a couple of fuzzy clouds floating in front of a very large and bright full moon.
